Where are you based?
Natasha is based in Lancashire, Northwest England. This is a great middle point for being in the UK since a lot of venues can be reached easily from here. AND she is close to a major airport so even if your wedding is in another country; Natasha will be there.
How do we book our wedding with you?
Check out the website contact form and include all the details you have so far. Natasha will guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time to have a chat on the phone so you can envision whether you'd love her to be part of your day. To secure your date a none refundable 25% booking fee is necessary.
Do you do payment plans?
Yes. We all have budgets and different incomes and so payment plans are a fabulous option. A 25% booking fee is required to secure your date. Then the remaining balance is not due until the year of your wedding date. Ideally split payments work efficiently, and the last payment being complete 8 weeks before your wedding day.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of our wedding?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day Natasha will already have an idea of what indoor options we can explore. Of course the weather is always a tricky one to navigate but where possible, we can embrace it and be creative, adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Natasha understands the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Her editing process typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. But don't worry because within 48 hours of your wedding you will receive a fair amount of sneak previews to love on while waiting for the rest of the gallery.
We're a little awkward infront of the camera, what should we do?
Upon requesting your wedding date with Natasha, she will also request a date and time to schedule in a call (voice call or video). This has definitely been a key factor in creating a connection between herself and couples that she has worked with. Natasha's priority is your comfort around her and the camera. Alternatively, you can choose to book a pre-wedding session so you can both meet and have fun with prompts and poses ahead of your special day.
